"not working" is a pointless description of a problem.
you have to tell "how" it is not working.
perhaps, you just made a mistake?

That was just a mistaken double entry in the bug-patch
page. There was no 4 May patch, just 3 May and 5 May.
I corrected the page.

yeah. my bad. "XXX is not working" are one of the 'trigger phrases'
that generally should be avoided because they are so non-descriptive.
something like "i cannot download the patch file XXX" might have
been safer to avoid that trigger.
