Hi, everyone, I create a cylinder model. To study stress, phase transition and dislocation, shall I run simulation and postprocess in a cylinder coordinates(PBC, fix and compute and etc.)? And if it must, how shall I do? I can’t find any reference to solve this? Thanks a lot!
LAMMPS uses Cartesian coordinates only.
