Which software can I use for this purpose?
depends on how what kind of data you average over. in general, there
is not one automated tool that you can feed the data directly, but
you'll have to look at which tools you are familiar with (gnuplot,
matplotlib, origin, xmgrace, visit, matlab, ...) and how they digest
data and then you usually need to write a little script/program that
processes/selects the data into a suitable format and then visualize
it.
this is pretty independent from LAMMPS. how do you visualize any other
data that comes in grids or tables?
