I have read the rdf of manual, but still not very clear. Can you explain it for me, like abscissa and ordinate?

Try printing the RDF to a file using the fix ave/time command,
as the example on the compute rdf doc page shows. Look at
the columns it prints. Read the compute rdf doc page
which explains the columns. Then ask a specific Q about
what you don’t understand.
