add velocity

Dear Sir,

I want to add certain amount of velocity to some atoms. I know ‘Velocity set’ command can assign velocity of atoms easily but is there any command to add velocity?

yes. you also use "velocity set" for that. you only have to add "sum
yes" to the command.
please have a closer look at the documentation of the velocity keyword
to confirm.
