I was just wonderign if there is any way to implement Anderson Thermostat on LAMMPS? Any help would be appreciated.

it is very simple. you need a text editor and some knowledge in C++.

but rather that that, you might be better off using one of the other
thermostat options. LAMMPS has a few really good ones that have much
less undesired side effects.

Thanks Alex for your response. I see that Lammps has langevin thermostat too, but i am just not sure if it can be used for all the systems? ( I read the manual, and it says that the background should be solvent to be able to use it.)
