For my system, I want to find the rotational diffusion coefficient and linear diffusion coefficient.
From, the lammps documentation, I could get the linear diffusion coef by outputting the msd/chunk command
Can I output angular displacement of each chunk also?
If so, what is the suitable command?
The command omega/chunk is giving angular velcoties.
Any suggestion is highly appreciated
