Assigning Temp and flying atoms

Dear LAMMPS Users,

In my simulation, There is a wall under the liquid for dissipating heat. I have used these commands : minimization, fix nvt (to assign 300K temp to the liquid above the wall), relaxation, unfix nvt, fix langevin (for the wall at 300 K), fix nve.
The problem is that atoms are unstable and start flying. Can anyone kindly tell me what my mistake is?
