Dear Lammps Users:
According to the description of atc command, coupling is restricted to thermal physics. I am wondering if it is possible to apply atc in crack problems, or is there any updates that can do it.

mechanical coupling for the ATC package is still in development. We have an algorithm and working code but not the bandwidth to make it functional enough for a wide user base. It is in the plan to release it to the community but it looks like that is in the 1 year sort of time-frame not the 1 month or 1 week.
We do have an enhanced version of ATC prepped for release but we haven’t had the time to put the finishing touches on that either. It will have many of the tools Jon Z and I used to analyze fracture with the J-integral.
