Could i use atom style bond for big particles in fix srd?
In manual i read big particles ( solute particles ) can be spheroids, ellipsoids, or rigid bodies
So i cant use bead-spring for big particles in fix srd command?

You can use something like
atom_style hybrid sphere bond
and bond pairs of big particle together.
Just be sure you set the bond length so that
the 2 spheroids to not ever want to overlap. That will cause
problems for SRD collisions.
