I wonder if anyone has any easy trick in or to output the average radius of gyration for molecules in the same group? I’ve had a look, but I can’t seem to figure out how.

You can use compute gyration/molecule and average its
output with the variable ave() function which works on
global vectors. Make sure the group arg to the compute
is only the molecules you want.
