Brownian dynamics

Hi users

I want to simulate brownian dynamics motion by lammps. for this need
to make BD (see link) (https://github.com/anyuzx/Lammps_brownian)
option to lammps package . I tried according the manual that said in
BD option (see the link) but it not be make.
any body trid this?

I would say do not bother. There is some stability issues associated with overdamped Langevin dynamics that non-overdamped Langevin dynamics does not have, usually such that Langevin dynamics is about equally efficient compared to overdamped Brownian dynamics.
