Calculate angular MSD

Hi all,

I have performed DPD simulation of nanorod in water. From the visualization I can see the rod having rotational motion. Is it possible to calculate angular MSD of rods?

you would have to write your own post-processing tool for that. there is no ready-made feature for this in LAMMPS. axel.
