I was just wondering that is it possible to use compute RDF with fix GCMC.
I tried once, but the compute RDF output only shows 0 in all histogram.

technically it is possible. however, its normalization will be off
(similar for any dynamic group) unless some additional programming is
done.

that probably means, you didn't use it correctly.
