Please reply to the list, not to me.
If you do lmp_g++ -h
does it list fix colvars as being part
of your executable. If not, you didn’t
sucessfully build with it.
You can also type make package-status
to see if USER-COLVARS is installed,
which it must be before you bulid LAMMPS.
