you want to save all MSD component to check if the displacement takes pace in all
directions or one of them. i.e.; c_1[1] c_1[2] c_1[3] c_1[4] or only the last one of
these variable (dx+dy dz) See the Manual. You can use the fix ave/time to save the
appropiate variable(s)
