Morning all,
Fine here for the whole run on 3 cores with MPI. Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 32-bit, GCC 4.6.3, OpenMPI 1.5-2, Core i7-2600. Clean build of lammps-svn 11018 with the default Makefile.openmpi, but with -lfftw changed to -lfftw3.
Same result after rebuilding with MEAM (with gfortran).
