Continuous particle generation

Dear Lammps users,

I want to generate particles using fix pour but thorughout the simulation.
Is there an easy way to do it ?

I know running pour multiple times with run can do this, but I am looking for something more elegant.

Best wishes
Prashant

you mean something like this?
http://lammps.sandia.gov/doc/fix_deposit.html
or this?

axel.

Prashant,

Since you mentioned fix pour, I assume you are doing granular? If so
fix_deposit is very useful, and it is relatively easy to alter the fix
to incorporate different inlet statistics than what's available. It
all depends on what you want to do.

As others indicated, fix deposit in one option.
But fix pour also works continuously during
a run to add particles.
