custom lattice

Dear all,

I want to build a cylindrical structure such as attached file in lammps. it is’t a regular lattice. this structure has some particles around three circles in the same degree distance with each other. Can i build this by custom lattice command?
I can read this structure by read_data but i would like to do it by custom lattice.
