when I am doing the the si simulations, I find difficulty in getting rid of the dangerous builds(neighbor list 2000, dangerous builds 2000). And I want to figure out that whether this has something to do with my final wrong conductivity. Here is my in file, please help me check it, and please teach me how to refine it, thank you much.
