the difference between these two (erate, wiggle) in fix_deform is that the latter exerts oscillatory shear. but in examples folder, “Aspherical shear-2d line box” has "fix deform erate" where the output is an oscillatory shear.
is this some thing that “line atom style” does?

is for that input script and is not oscillatory. It is
continuous shear, where the box is being occasionally flipped
back to an image state with a negative xy factor. That
isn’t oscillatory.
