I submitted a few jobs several months ago and have not had any results yet. Is there a problem with the project? Reluctant to submit anything else - status on the dashboard is just “submitted”. Hopefully a result will appear soon…

thanks for checking on the status of your calculations. There’s no problem with the project. We’ve unfortunately been swamped with getting a major new data release out the door for the last several months and have held off on calculating structures suggested by the community. We’ll be catching up with the submitted structures very soon. Please check back in here if you don’t see a change in the status of your calculations within the next month.
