would the term: F(RJ - RK) be part of the sum when calculating the stress on atom I?
No, b/c atom I is not one of the 2 atoms

In my earlier reply, it said:

The n loop is simply over all the pair, bond, angle interactions that atom I is part of.

So atom I is always one of the R1234 * F1234 terms.
The formula is simply meant to say for each N-body interaction (N=2,3,4) that
atom I is part of, 1/N of the virial for that interaction is tallied with atom I.>
