Just a quick question - I am trying to trigger a change of particles’ type when certain condition is met. Do ghost atoms capture the particles’ type?

please think before you post. ghost atoms would be *useless*, if they
didn't have a type property associated with them.

More generally, ghost atoms don’t typically have
all the properties of owned atoms, but they
do have the ones needed to compute forces.
Type is one of those.
