Hi I want to model a crack using REAX. In order to do that I usually turn off the interaction between upper and lower slab. I was wondering if "neigh_modfiy exclude" works with REAX and AIREBO?

You haven't said what exclude option you want
to use, nor how many atom types are in your
model, nor how you intend to label the atoms
in the upper versus lower slab.
The neigh modify options will alter the neighbor
list independent of what pair style is used. Whether
that does what you what depends on the answer
to all the questions above.
