due to spelling errors and strange grammar, it is not quite clear to
me what it is exactly that you are asking. it may be helpful in the
future to have your e-mails to this list reviewed by somebody with
more experience in writing english, or at the very least use a spell
checker.
that being said, to plot density profiles, you need two components:
collect a spatial distribution and a plotting program. LAMMPS can do
the first part through the fix ave/spatial command for you. for the
plotting itself, you need to use a regular 2d-graph plotting tool.
