dump in parallel replica dynamics with a single replica

Dear developers and users,
it seems to me that the dump command doesn't work for parallel replica
dynamics in the case of a single replica.
Is it correct or I'm doing something wrong?
I'm just using prd command with a single partition.

There was a logic error in prd.cpp. Will
post a patch this AM.
