There should be no “correct” or “incorrect” answers when it comes fitted properties from empirical potentials. Whatever values these empirical potentials were fitted to are deemed “correct” answers. There are some differences between Tersoff, SW and COMB Si elastic constants, but neither of them is incorrect.
