Engineer / Scientist – Advanced Computational Materials, Lead-Role

LAMMPS Users,

Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies (FM&T) is hiring an engineer / scientist to lead our computational materials focus area at our facility. This engineer will perform a variety of advanced computational materials modeling to support production and research and development on a wide variety of materials and will be expected to leverage other areas of the business to provide unique solutions. Furthermore this position will lead our efforts, charged with scoping our work content, leading other team members, and determining the vision for the technology. This position offers the opportunity to propose and conduct research, collaborate with national laboratory partners, and work with state-of-the-art experimental and manufacturing equipment.
