Hi Team,
I am getting "Invalid thermo keyword in variable formula"error while run
the simulation file. I am using Feb14 LAMMPS version.
The input file and output file is attached with mail.
I have referred the previous Lammps mail list regarding the same error. But
I could not resolved it.
Could you please check and suggest.
Thanks in advance.
With Regards,

look at your output. it is full of "NaN"s in the first run. that means,
that your simulation has gone completely bonkers (NaN == not a number) and
thus become meaningless.
this happens when you are using bad simulation parameters, or a bad
geometry, or both.
you need to correct this first. i suspect, that the error message you see
is a consequence of this invalid state of your simulation.
axel.
p.s.: nobody will take errors from a 3 1/2 year old version of LAMMPS
seriously. after correcting your input, i also strongly suggest to update
your LAMMPS version to the latest available version, which has a much
improved error handling (it won't help for your particular case, but
improve diagnosing other, potential problems in the future).
