I have performed a simulation of colloidal particles and polymers system using a atom_style ‘hybrid angle sphere’. But I was not able to visualise the simulation output in VMD. Because the command for loading the data file in VMD, ‘topo readlammpsdata file.data angle sphere’ is not working for hybrid. From the mailing list I came to know that for hybrid style it will not work. So how can I visualise the simulation for a hybrid style?
