two comments:
a) please do not use such an old version of LAMMPS (over 6 years old!!). there were several issues with the AIREBO implementation that have since been corrected.
b) as the error message says, the potential file in the pair_coeff statement has to be where the pathname says it would be. since you provide CH.airebo as pathname, the file must be in the current directory, which it apparently is not.
