ERROR: Temperature compute degrees of freedom < 0 (../compute_temp_com.cpp:115)

Hello,
I have no clue why this error " ERROR: Temperature compute degrees of freedom < 0 " is generating. I have the input, output and log file attached here.
Can you please help me?

please update to LAMMPS version 26 Jan 2017 and try again and then let
us know, if the problem persists.

your input file is far too complex and elaborate to do any testing and
debugging with it; also, to do debugging, data files are needed as
well.

thus, if the problem persists, please try to remove as much from the
input as possible, so that only the minimum number of commands are
present to reproduce the error.
