[EXTERNAL] Query regarding LAMMPS script for Si Elastic constant

I just tested the latest version and it runs fine. Most likely causes for the error message are:

1. Your LAMMPS source is outdated
2. Your input files are outdated
3. You introduced a typo in displace.mod
