I’ve built a small hosted runner - its available to try at QuickMDSim.com.
Currently it allows small jobs with 1-4CPUs, but eventually will allow running large jobs at scale, if there is interest.
Feel free to give it a try (free credits are included). Any feedback would be most welcome!
