What are the force fields that can be used with "fix efield" ? Are there
fix efield requires atoms to have a charge assigned.
whether that charge is used somewhere else is not
considered. so in principle, it can be used with
almost anything.

fix efield is so trivial that the example in
the documentation should do. fix efield is
nothing else by a constant force that is
scaled by the value of the charge that is
assigned to to an atom.
