Dear Steve：
"Editing source code" means writing the input script for calculating mobility. Should i use the formulation , M=V/P, where v is average velocity of grain boundary, P is the total driving force, to calculate mobility ? Or this fix command itself will calculate mobility ? Could you please send me a example input script ?

Yes, mobility is the ratio
of driving force to motion.
The fix does not compute it,
it just applies the force. It's up
to you to monitor the position
of the boundary. I don;t
have a sample input script.
I suggest you contact the authors
of the papers if you need one.
