What do you mean by "not fully implemented" ?
I ran the current version of LAMMPS with both
input scripts from examples/srd, and they run
fine. If the fix command is invalid, how do
you know you have built with that fix included?
Do a lmp_machine -h and see if fix srd
is in your exe file?
