fix/wall/gran/region

Dear LAMMPS users,

I am currently trying to simulate a system with spherical particles in a hollow sphere which I intend to vibrate. I am using lammps version 16Mar18.

I know there is a way to move walls in lammps using fix/wall ’ wiggle ’ keyword. But the problem is I could find no such option with fix/wall/gran/region (as I need this to define my spherical wall). Am I missing out on something or is there a way around this case?

you need to move (or rotate) the region via time dependent equal style
(or similar) variables. thus please see the documentation of the
region command.

axel.

Dear Axel,

How could I miss that! Worked like a charm. Thanks a ton.
