I am using fix wall/gran to create a cylinder that enclose a set of data. the axis of cylinder that this command creates is located at the origin and only the radius is changeable, but the axis of my set of data is not located at the origin. is it possible to modify his command somehow to change the position of the axis?
You have the source code, you can modify it however you wish,
Or you could adjust your particle positions to be centered around
the origin.

You may use “displace_atoms command” to change the initial positions of those particles.
