I want to simulate Phononic properties of Graphene in LAMMPS. But I am not expert of the software and I do not know if it is possible or not. For example I do not know how to calculate the forces Fx, Fy and Fz between two carbon atoms and etc.
I will be tankful if anyone could help me.

better. there is the manual, there are examples, there is the source
code and there are the mailing list archives.

sorry, but i doubt anybody has the time to spoon feed you the existing
documentation. specifically on such a vague question. this is clearly
part of your "homework". come back, if you have a more specific
problem (and make sure it is a problem of LAMMPS and not your
understanding of MD or classical mechanics).
