Hello,
I have a system of multiple polymer chains that are randomly oriented in a box. I want to calculate the relative velocity as well as its direction at the point of contact between any chains (i.e the chains are allowed to intersect in x y direction but not in the z direction ). After Calculating the velocity and its direction I need to apply an opposing friction force. How can I do that in LAMMPS.
