GaAs tersoff file

Hi,
My Name is Shravan Kumar. I am a grad student from North Carolina A&T State University, Greensboro. I am working on a simulation using GaAs nanowire. For performing my simulation. I need GaAs.tersoff file but i couldn’t find it. I saw a number of references using that file.

​The best way to get hold of that kind of file would be to contact the
authors of those documents or their respective advisers. Otherwise, you may
look up from which publication(s) the parameters in those files were taken
and create such a file of your own. The file format is described in the
LAMMPS documentation.

Please note that LAMMPS does ship with GaAs potential files for the "bop"
pair style. There most likely is a paper describing this potential and its
performance and accuracy.
