Hi everyoneI want to simulate water between graphene sheets and i want to reduce the distance between them i used restart command and after 500000 steps i want to reduce the distance but i dont know how i can do this and how i can change the distance during simulation(I used the fix spring but it did not work )Any help would be appreciatedTnx
Try “fix move” or “displace_atoms”.
