Your post is violating several of those guidelines. If you want help, you have to follow the suggestions. In fact, the closer you follow them, the more likely you are to get help.
Also, you have to keep in mind that people here are volunteering their time, so you don’t want people to waste any time on (trivial) problems that can be easily solved by studying the documentation carefully, but rather want to get their help on challenging problems.
If you post too many questions on trivial issues, people will get tired of answering.
That is just human nature.
