help with running topotools

Dear Axel

I was learning to use topotools 1.2 on vmd 1.9.1. in the tutorial 1 of your web page I tried entering

$sel set radius 0.85

but it gives an error as

bad option "set": must be clear, get, handle, or own

not without knowing what else you did.
particularly how you defined the variable sel.

apparently not to an atom selection
as the error message indicates.

in general, topotools is an "advanced" plugin for VMD,
i.e. its tutorial and documentation expects that you
have previously acquired basic skills in Tcl scripting
and VMD scripting using its embedded Tcl interpreter.
both Tcl and VMD have tutorials and a user's guide.
