How can i choose Appropriate Pdamp for ensemble npt?

I want to use ensemble npt for water simulation. timestep is 2 fs. Pdamp=2000

is Pdamp=2000 correct?

Depends on your units - see the fix npt doc page. It talks about

Pdamp explicitly.
