Hi all Lammps users,
In “fix ave/correlate” command, only global scalars or specified components of global vector calculated by compute or fix can be used at input values. Now I want to carry out the atuo correlation in a global vector, e.g. a global vector calculated from fix ave/spatial command. The number of bins is known, for example 200. So the global vector has 200 elements. Could anyone tell me how to do this.
