Hi, everyone, I want to introduce dipole screw dislocations with periodic boundaries in all three directions, and the orthogonal simulation box is requested. I have tried with Atomsk but it leads to a non-orthogonal simulation box, which is not supported by some simulations. Could anyone help me? Thanks very much!
