I am trying to get structure factor (S(q)) vs. wave vector (q) (scattering vector) using lammps simulation.
For this, I have done fourier transformation (FFT) of the RDF (g®) plot and it gives result in the form of a complex numbers (a + ib).
How to calculate the wave vector (q)?
